Cater to your patients’ dietary needs with our Healthy and Balanced Meal Guide
We are introducing a Healthy and Balanced Meal Guide based on the Mediterranean dietary pattern. Over the next six months, we will also release an Elimination Diet Guide and a Balanced Keto Guide. These are tools you can print or provide digitally to your patients as you work with them on their dietary strategies. The guides are available in the membership portal under Digital Resources. You can also download the guide below to begin using it right away.
Resource highlight
The Immune Foundations Program has been updated and expanded just this year! Why are these updates important? We regularly revise our programs to include the latest research on lifestyle and nutritional strategies as well as patient education resources
to help you address some of the more common health challenges. We also added much-needed resources to the Immune Foundations Program to support patients post-pandemic and address the growing challenges of biotoxin illnesses.
We updated the Supporting Immune Function Road Map as well. The author of the Road Map series, Thomas G. Guilliams, PhD, speaks in this video about his process for developing and updating the content in the book.
The latest Presentation Pads are also available for:
- Lyme Disease
- Mold Illness
- Urinary Tract Infections
- Gut-Immune Health
Presentation Pads are excellent resources to aid and guide patient education. These topics were released in April as part of the Immune Foundations Program update. They are available to members that selected the Immune Foundations Program with their Practice Builder membership. If you have the Practice Pro membership, you can receive all available Presentation Pads.
