You will not be billed after the membership expires. If you are paying monthly, billing will stop after April 30th.
In some cases, including if you paid upfront for the year, you will be refunded for the remainder of your contract year. Membership refunds for these cases will be issued after the close of the membership in quarter 3.
Yes, you will have access to the content for 30 days after the membership is closed, with the exception of Group Visit Toolkit Content. You may keep GVT content after the membership closes if you have it downloaded.
