No minimum order required- all orders are shipped ground for free!

Can I track my package after my order has been shipped?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including the tracking number for your package. You will be able to track your order on the shipper’s website using this tracking number.

Do I need to have an account to place an order on the website?

Yes, you will need an account on the Lifestyle Matrix Resource center to place an order on the website. You can register right on the website.

How long will it take for my account to be approved?

Once approved your account is available immediately.  The approval process is typically completed within 24hrs (Monday through Friday).

What type of licensure is required to qualify for an account?

Lifestyle Matrix Resources are available exclusively to health care practitioners.  Therefore, only state licensed health care professionals (i.e. medical doctor, pharmacist, chiropractor or naturopathic doctor)  may order directly from the Lifestyle Matrix Resource Center website.  All health care professionals must submit their current license, degree or health care practitioner certificate for review prior to being granted an account.

Guarantee and Return Policy

What is your Return Policy?

Due to the nature of the resources sold by the Lifestyle Matrix Resource Center returns will not be accepted. If, however, you receive any damaged product, we will replace it within 7 days of receipt. To report any damaged items, please contact Lifestyle Matrix Resource Center Customer Service at (855) 771-5672. Please save the original box and all of the contents.
